Six Sigma Methodology

The Six Sigma Methodology is a business management improvement strategy originally developed and implemented by Motorola in the 1980’s that allows companies to constantly monitor and revise their operations, allowing improved output quality. Today this proven methodology continues to be relevant and is now a widespread application in many sectors of industries and international companies across the globe.

Six Sigma works by seeking out and identifying the causes of defects and errors within manufacturing and business processes and allows specialists and operators to take action to remove or modify these areas of interest.
